If it still doesn`t work you should clear the cache:
1) On desktop - Try ctrl+F5 to clear cache (2 times).
2) How to clear the cache on your Android phone:

The links are generally working for me, but if double click doesn’t work, I find another option that works is right-clicking (or holding down & clicking) & selecting open in “new tab.” (Obviously, people can also experiment with their Ad Block & Pop-up Killer settings to see if that helps.).

also i cleared the cash ctrl+f5 again, not working
My last idea – try to update your browser. The last update is 80.0.1 for firefox.
You can try in Chrome also.
The new link format isn’t working for mobile. The new format worked just fine the other day for me on mobile, now it doesn’t matter what browser I use, it just will not open.
You need to clear old cache in browser settings.
